Perfect reading light
This light is well built. Perfect for reading in bed. The clip is strong and clips over the two inches of wood on my headboard with ease and holds it firmly in place. The neck is flexible and can be bent around a corner if needed. The light has two types of light. Bright white and yellow and each type had different brightness settings. The only fault I have found it the neck is not stiff enough to hold the light if it is fully extended straight out horizontally. But if you put a bend in the neck so it is not so long it will hold in position. Highly recommended!

Handy bedsi8de reading light
I have tried numerous bedside reading lights and the Lepower light is one of the best. It took no time to attach it to my bedside table. The power comes from a standard electric outlet and this light features several levels of light and several different colors of light which will be useful for different jobs. The electric cord is long enough to place the unit almost anywhere. It comes with an easy to manipulate switch which looks and feels solidly constructed.. The clamp is very, very stiff and, for me, somewhat difficult to attach to my headboard or bedside table. Once attached, this clamp is not going anywhere. The lamp comes with a flexible, solidly built neck that can be twisted to the position desired. The light source seems bright enough for in bed reading without causing bother to a sleep partner. The Lepower people seem to have thought of all the needs that makes this lamp a good value. Recommended.

This light was exactly what I was looking for!
After my old stationary exercise air bike broke down, I purchased a new Blitz Air Bike which has a sizeable console display for workout stats. Even though the display is digital it has no backlight to it and the information can hardly been seen. I ordered this light and clipped it to the top of the console. The monitor is wide, but the clip opens wide and fit perfectly and is very stable. This light is the perfect solution. The arm can be adjusted very easily to the position you need so I bent it so it doesn’t cover any of the console information and is still the perfect brightness to read the numbers. Great light and a great value!

Great light, one weak spot in the neck
This is one of the best desk/computer lights I’ve bought. It has dual modes, warm (yellow ) light and cool (blue) light, with high or low settings for each, and comes equipped with a 110v AC adapter, or you can use the USB (as I do) for power. I needed a light to illuminate my keyboard during my late night YouTube excursions. Rather than turn on my bedroom light, I chose to go with a USB powered clamp style LED lamp. I don’t want the whole room lit up (Although on Hi mode, this light pretty much does light up the whole room) The first one I tried was a disaster. It flickered sometimes, it would not stay put when I positioned it over my keyboard, and the light was just too dim to be of any use. So I trashed it and bought this one. This light meets all my needs, exceeds them actually, looks good, and stays in place where I clamped it. The only weakness I’ve seen in it is in the flexible “goose neck”. Overall, the neck is very strong, and holds it’s shape and position well. The problem is where the flex tube connects to the clamp. That’s the only weak spot. It is very weak at that point, and will not hold position if the clamp is mounted to a vertical surface, in such a way as to direct the flex tube upward. (See Fig 1). If you mount it so that the light is aimed downwards, this would probably not be a problem. My solution was to attach a zip tie through the spring on the clip, around the flex tube to hold it at a vertical angle. (See Fig 2). It may not be all that pretty, but it works great. It stays put perfectly, and if I need to move it a little it is no problem at all. The clamp itself is exceptionally strong, and opens to over two inches. The switch is a dual rocker switch assembly, situated about eight inches down the cord from the clip. I used sticky-back Velcro tape to attach the switch to the edge of the backboard on my desk, right next to the light clamp. (See Fig 3). That way it stays put, and is easily accessible when I need it. All in all, it’s the best late night keyboard light I’ve ever tried. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for My Needs
I already had a clip-on light, but it had a plastic clamp that began to crack, making it unusable. I looked on Amazon for another one and found this one. It has a padded metal clamp that opens a little wider than my previous one and fits perfectly on my headboard. I don’t have to worry about accidentally knocking it off, like the other one. There were other lights with more features and settings that I really didn’t need (and cost much more). This is perfect for my needs and was a good price.

Lots of options with the type of light and brightness. Clamp is really good. It is USB but I use a wall adapter and clamp it near my bed to read books at night. Love it!
