Stunning quality and brightness of light for reading
I read my nightly scripture reading in a Bible with 6.75 point type. My eyes are fine but the light at my desk is not. I needed a portable light that could be out of sight except when I’m reading, and easily brought out and used when I need it. This light is very portable, very stable, easily adjusted to cast light over my book with the base of the lamp safely far from my book, and because the light source is rows of LED lights in the bar that projects out from the arm of the lamp, the light on my Bible is very even – perfect reading light. The three color temperatures are nice – two seem usable to me, the cold and the middle colors. I use the middle color. The five levels of brightness are usefully spread out, and easily selected. I use the middle brightness. This lamp is so complete a solution to my need for reading light that I’m not even using either of the two brightest settings.Finally, the total cost of this lamp, including tax, was $23.09, with a “lightning deal,” whatever that is. Even at its regular price of $25.99 plus tax this would be a great deal. I would happily have paid $40 for a lamp of this quality. I’m going to buy a couple more to keep for the future, I’m that happy with this product.

Great work light
I have both the older version and this updated version with the usb port included. Took some pictures of a comparison. The newer light is just slightly brighter, but I will say the older one was plenty bright. I think this version is slightly sleeker and better looking, I like that the branding was removed from the base. The base is smaller now, which is good and bad. It will take up less desktop space, but does seem to fall over easier when adjusting the lamp. Itâs also a little stiffer and probably needs two hands to adjust, where I can adjust the older one with one. There is a slight lip on the back that makes it so the arm can only be striaght up or moved forward, which I dislike and is the reason I took off a star, there is far more adjustability in the old version and I can get the light in tight spaces which is great when I am doing a sewing project (what I use mine for). This one can move forward and lower to tight spaces but it will end up taking up a lot of space to do so. If that lip was gone this would be a perfect lamp. Both lamp have 3 different light modes you can switch between using the touch âMâ button, brightness can be adjusted up and down using the arrows, light will turn on with a tap on the power button. The lamp head and arm has flexibility, but that does vary between the models. This one has a usb port, and when in use did not seem to change the use or brightness of the lamp. Overall it will work well for what I bought it for, which is a craft table for my kids.

Great lamp!
This compact lamp is awesome! I might just get another for my nightstand. The temperatures (3 choices) and dim to bright options have a good range. It’s easy to move where I need it, has a small footprint, and feels solid and stable. I like the filtered light on this lamp. I’ve tried other task lamps and clip lamps for my piano before, but they always hurt my eyes or weren’t bright enough to make a difference. This light was great! My eyes didn’t feel strained after nearly two hours at the piano with some new music. It didn’t make that highlighted bright spot on the page nor was it harsh or distracting even being on a shelf above my eye level. My music was so much easier to read. Definitely recommend. I can’t speak to longevity (I just got it), but hope it lasts a long time!

Perfect work light
This is the perfect work/task light. I really only use the warm light (the others are a little too harsh) , but I love being to control the level of light. Perfect for computer work, opening mail, paying bills etc. I can easily move it to either side of the table and charge my phone while Iâm working. Nice sleek design too.

Good desk lamp
I bought this lamp to place on a hutch above my desk so it shines down on the whole desk. This worked great. It has different brightness adjustments and light colors. One thing I especially like is that the controls are not buttons but touch sensitive so I can reach up above my head and turn it on and off without having to see the controls. It seems easy to change the angle of the light, but it is not a “gooseneck” type lamp.
