Effective desk lighting
Bright enough for small desk. I like that it has different light variations and dimming levels. I also like that power source can be plugged to USB. Light is movable which is helpful and the bottom is felt lined. The touch controls is very responsive and a nice feature. However, the positioning isnt ideal because if you need to reposition the lamp every now and then, youâll always run into accidentally touching the controls. Overall though, this is a good lamp to have for bedroom.

Great lamp!
I love this lamp! It is built well, nice and solid base. It has many different lamp settings. There is only one minor thing that I would like is one more setting where it is a bit dimmer. Otherwise I would highly recommend it.

Excellent reading lamp
The main couch in our living room is situated in an island position with no access to a 120 VAC outlet â without straddling the rug, which I consider unacceptable both for appearance an safety reasons. My wife reads there a lot, most typically illuminating her books in the past with a small lithium-battery-powered table lamp. However, I’ve concluded that she’s wearing that lamp out, using it so frequently that I’m concerned that it’s rechargeable batteries may soon no longer take a charge.A line powered lamp would solve of the battery problem. However, I didn’t want to go to the time, effort, expense, and electrical-code issues of installing a line-voltage outlet near the couch. Moreover, I didn’t like the idea of a flush-type electrical outlet sitting in the middle of the rug (especially considering potential resale negatives of such an installation for buyers who do NOT want their couch located in the middle of the carpet!). Therefore, I found appealing the idea of installing an ultimately-removable-without-a-trace USB port near the couch, powered by an ordinary USB charging ‘cube”. From what I’ve read about electrical code requirements for low-voltage wiring, such an installation seemed quite-safely doable and legally acceptable (‘your mileage may vary’). And I did it, using a USB power supply with a voltage that’s within recognized USB specifications but on the high side of 5 V (to compensate for supply-line voltage losses).Enter: this product. I of course needed a reading lamp that can run from 5 V USB power, and this is a beautiful example of one. I love it:⢠It’s inexpensive.⢠Itâs made mostly out of aluminum⢠It can straightforwardly be set to display to multiple ‘Kelvin’ color temperatures.⢠It can be set for multiple illumination intensities.⢠It satisfactorily extends mechanically from our next-to-the-couch end table to the book-reading location⢠Importantly, it remembers the last color temperature and light intensity settings the next time you turn it on.See the attached photo of this lamp when used for reading near my couch.Very pleased with this lamp and find no reason not to rate it five-stars. If that opinion changes in the future with further use, I may revisit this review with updates.

Definitely not the nicest almost attractive desk lamp I’ve had, and I’m surprised that the light actually gets quite warm when it’s left on for a while which is unlike LEDs. Overpriced for what it is

Nice lamp with different light temperatures.
Recently got this lamp for my office. It’s very nice quality and style. The light is dimmable which is a plus. You can also change the color temperature of the light from cool to warm and in-between. The light bar itself is able to go up to 180 degree angle. I have another similar lamp that also can swivel, but that feature is not present on this model. It’s not entirely necessary though anyhow. It’s a nice lamp, good value. Recommend this for any office or student desk.

Nice stylish, sturdy lamp
I really like that this lamp folds up for easy transport. I do spend a lot of time in various places (I work from home and sometimes coffee shops). This lamps collapses enough that I can pack it into my backpack and take it with me. The aluminum construction helps with keeping the lamp sturdy with all the back and forth as well.The lamp itself has semi-gloss finish (which is better than super glossy), but I would have preferred a matte finish. That’s nothing to dock point for, though. I don’t really pay attention to whether or not it collects fingerprints. Obviously one should keep their hands clean when utilizing this lamp–although it’s not super unsuitable for bench work in a shop. In fact, if you do a lot of small item repair, this lamp could help you out as well–it’s not just for computer desks.I really like the idea that the lamp itself swivels to put light where I need it if the base isn’t able to sit in an ideal spot. There are different dimness settings so you’re not subjected to ultra bright light when in a lower light environment. And the availability of a warm light instead of the super bright daylight LED!!!! My favorite part! I can set the lamp to a warm light setting and help reduce eyestrain.I’m very satisfied with this lamp.
