Excellent projection display
I’ve been wanting a projection display clock forever; this one attracted my attention due to the blue color scheme. It had all the things I was looking for in my next alarm clock including an impressive projection display system. It displays onto a vertical wall at a distance of approx 10 feet with the digits appearing clear, bright & very readable, about 20 inches tall. It’s so bright it acts as a nitelight, dimmable if desired. This alarm clock has all the features one would want but the projection display is the primary feature and it’s excellent!

Beautifully designed clock with superb features
I have been a fan of and had various projection clock devices over time starting with the early Oregon Scientific model. I like to have them around so that I do not have to strain a sore neck.With using these clocks I have gone through several that had some annoying flaws in their operation that I had to live with. However so far, no flaws are seen with this projection alarm clock by OnLyee.First off, the clock looks sleek with an angled-back display. The display has a very nice looking large segment digit style. There is a second smaller underneath line of additional information spread across. You can see the date, date, the temperature and an added relative humidity percent. I had not seen this available on other types of digital clocks. This is a great feature in areas where the humidity can get high enough to become concerning.There are 5 nicely calibrated levels of dimmer control for the front display. What is great about this control is that as you move to the highest level (5), a subsequent push does not recycle the display back to level 1. Here it goes backward from 5 to 4, etc with, each press. I really like this because I sometimes adjust back downward one display level of brightness. Itâs annoying with other displays to have to cycle back to the beginning to just reduce the brightness by one or two levels.There is a separate dimmer control of the projection part. I found with other clock displays, many times the swivel part for the projection display was either too stiff during movement or too loose and wobbly. This one has the perfect tension to moving the projection display smoothly.You can move this clockâs projection arm back enough to display time against a wall besides up to the ceiling. It has a focus adjust and with it I found that the projected display was still sharp from quite a distance. The display also was uniformly even across the digits. Almost every other projection offering displayed an uneven projection of digits; either not uniformly spaced apart or not uniformly lit up in brightness. Sometimes the leftmost of rightmost projected digit would even be slightly âcut offâ in appearance with other models. I love looking at this projected display. It can also be adjusted with the digits right side up or being reversed. I have experienced several other clocks that cannot do this. Those without reversible projected displays can then end up being displayed upside down, depending how you have positioned the projection arm part. I have included a picture of the projected display from across the room and at a slight angle to the wall. .This clock keeps constant time in its memory while being unplugged, by using two AAA batteries as backup. It has two alarm settings with the snooze button right on top. The clock also has ports for two different types of USB connectors.Lastly, even thought the controls on the clock are intuitive enough, the fold out instruction guide is very nicely laid out and written in perfect grammatical English by the OnLyee company.This Alarm projection clock gets every feature right and adds some more functionality than I had previously available. I really like this clock in itsâ entirety.

Better Projection Clock
We love having a projection clock in our bedroom. But the old one was not very bright, did not focus well on the ceiling, and defied any logic as far as instructions to reset or change goes. Then, when it started indicating the incorrect time and didn’t correct itself, we looked for one that would be superior on all these counts. We found it. Great clarity in projecting (and can be focussed), bright (and can be dimmed if we want), easy to make changes to, and so far, keeping perfect time.

Awesome clock!
The clock face is very easy to read and has a nice light under it with three levels of brightness. I love the projector as well! It swivels around and you can set it in all verticle positions. Very cool.

No more tossing and turning to see what time it is. The display is subtle, very easy on the eyes and doesnât brighten up the whole room. The clock is lightweight and easy to use. Will most likely order one for every room.

Oee of the Best Projection clocks out there
We had one before and just wasn’t able to see the projection time as brightly as we wanted/needed. This one is awesome. Easy to set up and use. And clearly bright enough to see in a room even with a 40 inch TV on.I highly recommend this product.

Non-annoying alarm
Iâm really only writing this review because I didnât see any when we bought ours that mentioned the alarm sound. It has a nice thick, smooth beep not a nasally beep, nor a buzzing sound. It gets progressively louder, but it does get loud quickly. My husband is good at turning it off quick, but I still get woken when I donât need to be up. At least the sound isnât annoying. I hate alarms with an annoying sound. If they bother you, too then I think this clock is for you. Weâve only had this a couple of weeks so canât speak to how long it will last. Itâs pretty lightweight, so as long as it doesnât get knocked off the table, itâll probably be good for a while. The charging port doesnât feel convenient, but we donât keep our phones in the bedroom so that isnât a big deal. The light levels are adjustable and that is fantastic, the red display doesnât bother the eyes. So far so good.
