The Stripes Are Horizontal?
Huh? I was disappointed when I spread it out on a twin bed to discover the fabric is what I consider going the wrong way, my brain says stripes go with length on a bed cover. It doesn’t affect the softness, it’s very silky feeling, or the warmth, we just had that arctic blast of -10 to -15 and my drafty northwest windows were as drafty as I remember, this was just perfect for sleeping, lightweight and warm! But the horizontal stripes make it look odd.

Nice lightweight duvet. Mom is using it without a cover and likes it because it’s a nice balance between weight and warmth. Fabric isn’t expensive, so may add a cover eventually. But it looks fine so far.

Finally, a duvet that doesn’t leave you soaked in sweat. This is a perfect duvet for hot sleepers. It’s summer right now, but I may be able to use this all winter too.It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel like it would do anything, but it definitely keeps me warm. It has enough weight to it to feel comfortable with a duvet cover, so it isn’t like sleeping with just a sheet.It’s not a big fluffy duvet, so it looks flatter on the bed, but I’m happy with it because it doesn’t make me too hot.

Perfect duvet for Florida summer!
It’s HOT in Florida, but I hate to give up my pretty duvet cover so I needed a super-light duvet. This was the clear winner — not only incredibly lightweight, but also soft. a perfect light- to mid-weight duvet
My wife and I each have our own twin duvet on our shared queen bed. We use a fitted sheet but no top sheet and not duvet cover. I love this arrangement–the fitted sheet needs regular washing but the duvet lasts surprisingly long between washes.We had winter duvets that we liked, but always switched to blankets for the summer and could never find an arrangement we liked. We finally bought a pair of these duvets in twin size, and couldn’t be happier with the results.These look nice, they feel comfortable on the skin (I’m not super sensitive to this so ymmv), and they are a great weight. Heavy enough to feel comforting and relaxing, but light enough that I don’t feel suffocated or trapped. I don’t overheat even in the summer and it fits easily in the washing machine.

Honestly, I like to keep my room chilly at night, you know I am 50 now, sooo yeah here comes the hot/ cold dance, but I get in my bed with this duvet, omg, when I am cold , it warms me up to right the temp and i am soooooooo cozy its the BEST. Not to hot not to cold. Defiantly a keeper.
