Birthday Girl was very happy with it!
I like it, it lights up the room for sure! Granddaughter liked the egg shape and all the kids at her party wanted to just be in the âmagic roomâ. She also got a Pod hanging chair that I think goes great with the blue light setting. The Bluetooth and white noise is pretty loud, but I trust my son adjusted it. There is a remote. I tried it out the night before and not gonna lie, I wouldnât mind having one myself!

OK… I almost didn’t order this reading some reviews. One in particular stated that there are only four different settings. This is user error. The buttons on the unit only provide a few functions, you can access all the functions with the remote control.It isn’t perfect, but it’s not very expensive. People complained about the speaker. I mean, come on, it’s a tiny little unit, not something meant for a dance party. Another review stated you could not turn off the blue tooth. Yes you can turn off the blue tooth, and it has a chime that lets you know when it is on. It’s the design of bluetooth, it is discoverable. If you aren’t connected, someone else can connect… Be smart… Again, user error.Another review talked about it being dangerous to eyesight?!?! It should not be directed anywhere at line of sight, if it is relocate it. Even then, was this reviewer staring into it? Bizarre.I got this to put in my 6 year olds bedroom when he falls asleep. I wondered if it would keep him awake especially because even at the lowest setting it is pretty bright… Nope! He falls right asleep.It is portable, and I we brought it into my bedroom for him to crawl in bed with me and enjoy. I have netting hanging above and around my bed. This was amazing, the stars which are green BTW showed on the mosquito netting and made it appear as if we were surrounded by them. Guess who now has the same netting around his bed?!?The sound feature is a bit strange in selection, yes there is a barking dog on one and a mooing cow on another. My son thinks it’s hilarious. Am I putting it on for him to sleep? Of course not, there’s plenty to choose from. Here’s an idea, don’t select those strange ones. Why do you even need to complain about it?Critical side/cons… The gradual on/off of the “stars” isn’t exactly smooth.You can’t select just the nebula. It is stars on or gradual on/off but no off. I do wonder if it is supposed to have a nebula only option and stars off and my remote or unit is missing that “prompt?”The timer function can be hard to access, it gives you a chime to let you know.If you are connected via bluetooth and attempt to turn off the projector, it will not turn off until you disconnect.The pros of this thing far far outweigh the cons considering the price. It is fun, my son loves it saying it is the best “night light” ever. I’m honestly considering one for my room. And yeah, I might look for a fancier one with more bells and whistles and maybe a realistic star and galaxy projection. And yeah, if I do will I be paying a lot more? Absolutely. I’ll probably just get another one of these.Totally worth every penny. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, they are mostly nonsense.

Pretty but Not Durable
Updated Review: Shortly after leaving the initial review, Rossetta customer service contacted me and proceeded to send me a replacement. This model seems different than the first, mainly in egg design (this one looks more sleek), and the first one I purchased had no Bluetooth capability whereas this one does (have not used that feature yet). I received the replacement incredibly fastâweâre talking about THE DAY AFTER I gave them my shipping address, so that was a very nice surprise! Although I canât speak for the longevity of the replacement light, Iâve changed my review from 1 to 4 stars based on the customer service and the fact that I really do love the light. It adds such a nice touch to my space! Fingers crossed this one lasts!Initial Review: I bought this light back in Nov 2023. Four months later, it started turning itself off at random times. Sometimes, itâs on for 10 minutes, then shuts off. Sometimes, itâs on for half an hour, then turns off. Once in a blue moon, it stays on for a few hours; itâs completely random. Iâve tried all the troubleshooting I possibly couldâthe thing just has a mind of its own. The lights are very pretty in every setting, but thatâs kind of irrelevant if the lamp wonât stay on when you want it to be on. Also, the On/Off button on the remote stopped working along the way, so it can only be turned on manually. Overall, pretty disappointing purchase.

Have had the light since March and bulb is going out. It flickers multiple times every 5 to 6 minutes. While it was working the first couple months it was great and my child loved it.Messaged me a few days later and made it right by sending me a new one. My daughter is excited to have it back and working great.

Doesn’t last long
I’ve bought 5 of these now. 4 as gifts and 1 as a replacement. We love them. My issue is my 3 yr old uses it as a night light so it stays on all night and is off in the day time. After about 2 months, the nebula portion starts flickering and then eventually dies. It also randomly shuts off in the middle of the night even without the timer set. Then he freaks out and I have to turn it back on. I don’t know why it’s doing this and I hate that it does. We absolutely love these little eggs but the fact that 3/5 have done the flickering and shutting off randomly is disappointing. If I get another one, I’ll have to try a different brand. Maybe if you don’t use them all the time, they would be great for you, but as far as a night light for kids..don’t get it.

The Bluetooth functionality is a fantastic feature. Pairing the star projector with my smartphone to play my favourite tunes has elevated the overall ambiance. The variety of colour options and projection modes cater to different moods and occasions.But the projecting LED light didn’t work as amazingly as i thought it would for my baby.

Received the package but the remote control was not working right off the bat. Was looking forward to this but was disappointed. Dropped an email to support and hope to get replacement remote control soon if not will return this.

We bought 1 for one of our kids and now our other kids want one for each of their rooms. The blue is super cool to watch and makes the room feel like youâre in water, green feels like a forest, red we donât use because apparently it feels evil haha, and white makes you feel up in the clouds. We will be purchasing more of these for sure! Dinosaurs are a big hit in our house!

It works magnificently. Very good value for the money, considering how many features this has like the bluetooth speaker. The only problem is that it does not come with a USB adapter. I live in Canada, where 99 percent of the outlets do not have USB adapters built into them. I gave this as a gift and was annoyed after they opened it and I found out that there was no USB adapter with it. I went out to buy a USB adapter, which I had to return because it didn’t fit between the wall and the furniture properly. I just ended up giving away my cellphone charger instead and pretended like everything was alright.
