Amazing lights, would recommend
 I absouletly love these lights I ordered 1 set to begin with and then ordered another after realizing that it wasn’t enough to go around the top of the room. I love that they come with remotes so I can change the color or mode with a press of a button (one remote can work both strands of lights simultaneously). Also, how I can dim the lights as well. If your looking to brighten up a room or simply add lights to and area or decoration, then these are perfect. Would absouletly recommend!

Better than I imagined!
Let me start by saying I am already buying 3 more for other places in our house. The quality is good, the light brightness and different effects and colors are great. I can dim them down in my daughter’s room to be used as a night light or even turn them up for different ambiance. I want to put these all over my house they are so cute!

I am loving these lights. VERY cool remote and hope they last long time. Only small issue I had was to straighten them out wire type string…was lil challenge but I did it and very satisfied.

Pretty but remote doesnât work right
My daughter recommended these light for my classroom because she had previously purchased them for her classroom. Easy to hang and the kids love them. Their only downfall would be the remote. Removed the tag and it would not turn on the lights. Finally, after trial and error I realized that the remote WILL work as long as you are touching the plug. Not convenient at all! ð¢ð¢

This New Version is Much Better Than the Older Version!!!
The newest version of these lights is SO MUCH BETTER than the older version. You can tell the difference by looking at the slightly differing placement of colors on the remote, as well as the very different USB cord, which now has TWO buttons on it instead of just one, providing both Color AND Mode options there.On this version, the modes actually work, too, unlike the the old version, which do just three tricks: you could see it cycle through all the colors or choose just one color, and you could get the lights to strobe BUT only when it’s set to white. Strobe doesn’t work for other colors. (I bought several of the older version and all of them have these limitations.) This version even has a setting that shows two colors at once! Am really loving the twinkling option on this version, too!! Terrific improvements!!!UPDATE: Lights are still very impressive and going strong! (Also, they are including a completely different remote now, which I already had, but curiously, it doesn’t work with my lights.) The only problem I have with this is the price, which increased by $5 since I bought them, and I think they are way too costly, or I would have bought several more. (I’m a recently retired disabled senior on a very low fixed income and I regret that I can’t afford them now.) Look around on Amazon. I found similar lights here with the same features that cost less money.An issue that arose (after I broke down, saved up some cash and bought more of these lights) was constant buzzing. After meticulous investigation, it became evident that it was happening whether the lights were turned on or off and I discovered that was due to the USB plug they sent, not the lights themselves. So, I used a different plug which I already had & that solved the problem.

Huge step up from LED strip lights, beware if you have cats though!
I was moving to a new apartment and wanted to find âcuterâ lights than the LED strip lights that I had been using for the past few years. These lights definitely did the trick, my room feels very cozy and they are exactly what I was looking for. However, I did not consider that my cat would also like these lights. Since I bought lights that were not battery powered, they are lower to the ground, so my cat always messes around with them. I was thinking of returning this product, but I had already put in the work hanging the lights around my room with the clear command decorating hooks. Almost every time that I leave my apartment, I partially take down the lights so that they do not get completely destroyed by my cat. The lights are fragile, so please consider getting battery powered lights only (or the LED strip lights) if you have a cat!

Cheap, colorful, flexible, smaller, can be dimmed or bright. This thing is a ten and I recommend using clear command strip hooks clip to keep it flat against the top of your room walls. ð¤©

Great until it breaks a few months later
I loved these lights until they broke. Color options are nice, the different modes are nice especially the ones that make the lights twinkle in different ways. Remote was great but it started interfering with my TV remotes, where using my TV remotes would make the lights blink, shut on/off, or turn different colors and modes.I think maybe it was infrared interference since not all the buttons on the TV remotes would affect the lights. When using my TV remote, I started covering it with my hands and trying to make sure I wasn’t facing the lights or letting anything bounce back to them to minimize interference.Eventually though, within a few months (around 4), the lights wouldn’t turn on/reliably and would turn different colors. Right now, the lights won’t turn on the red color at all or any colors that need red. They kinda light up like a spark and putter out really quickly, and then it’s hard to turn on the lights at all. If I can get them to turn on the green light, then I can use the green or blue lights but never red or the lights shut off and are hard/impossible to turn back on. I have to unplug/plug and keep trying over and over until a few minutes later, I might be able to get it back on or try again later.It’s a shame. These lights are really great until they break. I even purchased another one shortly after the first, but I kept them in the box after the first lights started acting up.

The light can only produce one colour at a time.There is no multicoloured change or transition function.The controller is different to what is pictured.
