Please notice to connect the 4pin connectors of the controller box arrow to the positive of lights; If not, it will don’t work.
Test the lights before installation
Please confirm your connection is correct, below is some steps need to notice:
Connect the 4pin connectors of the controller box arrow to the positive of lights.Make sure the lights are connected, and the power light up green bulb.Pull out the transparent chip from the button of the IR remote.Use the IR remote turn on the lights (IR remote aim at the IR receiver).
DIY function
About DIY function, Please follow the steps below：
Step 1: Turn on the lights. Press one of the RGB buttons. Step 2: Press the DIY1 button (the lights will change to white color for the first time). Step 3: If you need deeper red color, press and hold the red up button(at least 5 seconds), the longer you hold, the deeper red color you have. You can also press green and blue down, the changing will be more clearly. Step 4: Keep the color you just set by pressing the DIY1 button again. Step 5: Repeat the steps above to set the rest of five DIYs.

Fantastic product after a bit of retrofitting
These lights are amazing. Certainly the single most used product I’ve ever bought, no regrets at all. I bought 2 of these kits, so there were 4 strips total, using one power module out of the two I received. After some fiddling around, I got them to work great, but here’s some important things to know before buying:If your getting 2 sets or more, you will need separate connectors that are sold separately. They are cheap, and don’t effect the overall look whatsoever.You will also find that 2 strips is the max you want to go out of one side if the power connector, after that the light quality will begin to dim out. The power module comes with 2 connections, so I connecter 2 strips to each, and ran them opposite directions around the room.The remote isn’t perfect. It’s range is questionable, and it doesn’t always turn on on the first click. That being said, if you use more than one power module hoping one remote will engage both simultaneously, you will be disappointed to find that it will take multiple tries to get both at the same time.And most importantly, measure your room. 32 feet may sound like a lot, but it barely got half of my very small room, just going around the edges of the ceiling.Overall, great product, and would certainly buy again. As long as your fine with fiddling around with the setup a bit, you will have no long lasting problems. Highly recommend.

 So I just purchased these lights and so far so good. I had another set by another company that was a little bit thicker and the adhesive wasnât as strong so kudos to DayBetter. First off I want to start with unboxing and work my way through. Also from my video keep in mind I have 4 strips across. The two that came in one box covered from my light switch all the way to the middle of my tv. The rest of the door and the wall above my window was done with two more strips and 3 connectors.Unboxing: The box is pretty small but both strips of lights are rolled up inside neatly. They leave a little extra slack on the end of the 3M adhesive so you can start it easily with out having to pick at the beginning or cut anything. The 12v AC/DC adapter comes with this as well as the RGB control box with two connectors and the IR Receiver.Application: I tested all strands of lights out and they worked perfectly fine. The reason I said 4 stars on brightness is because I havenât seen them all at night yet (only saw two strips not 4. Will update afterwards.) the 3M tape on the back of the lights peels off with ease. When applying make sure you have your lights lined up the way youâd like them because the tape is pretty strong. Besides that the lights go on fairly easy and I donât think falling off will be an issue at all with these.Display: The colors all function properly and are quite vibrant. I still donât know how to work the custom feature yet but Iâm sure someone does or will figure it out. Iâm pretty content on the colors already provided.Connecting: So like I said I have 4 strips on here. I had to use three connectors total but it doesnât weaken the power or dim the lights at all. I bought them on amazon as well and the product name is â TronicsPros 10pcs 4 Pin Solderless Waterproof LED Strip to Strip Connector RGB Flex LED Ribbon LED Rope LED Tape Light Gapless Adapter for 10mm Wide Waterproof SMD 5050 RGB Flexible LED Strip Lightâ. I had to flip them upside down I guess to get them to touch the GRB strip. Make sure that they are on the same way otherwise you may get two different colors. To open them I just used a mini flat head and gave it a light twist and the opened with ease!Iâve added pictures here and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

 I am and the process of decorating my apartment and thought I would add these led light was undecided but I did it and Iâm so happy with the out come, I live downtown in a high rise and it really compliments my space for sure. Part of lights not working but the seller has been great and has processed a replacement.

New Room Decor!
I purchased these LED light strips for my room. Here are some things that I like and dislike about this product.Likes:- This package arrived with a remote, the strips, and multiple cords to connect the strips to the wall.- The remote has multiple different color options, speeds, and DIY buttons in order for you to accessorize to your ability.- Very bright, but you can turn the brightness of the lights down if necessary.- I had minimal difficulty with the adhesive on the back of the lights. They had actually stuck well enough that the strips took some paint off of my walls.- You definitely have a variety of freedom with the color options.- There are speeds and modes already installed on the lights.- Easy installation after moving past a bit of slight confusion in the beginning of the set-up process.Dislikes:- Upon arrival, I realized that the seller didnât provide me with the male pieces that are necessary in order to connect the strips to the extension cord. I had to purchase a small amount of male pieces since they were forgotten by the seller.- The cord itself eventually did break and wear down after about two years, but I had a good run with these lights regardless of them finally not working!- Now, this isnât necessarily a dislike, but I find it rather funny that if I press certain buttons on my television remote, that I can change the colors of the LED lights.

Add some ambience to your life!
We bought these to go around our apartment to replace old christmas lights that my partners like to keep up year round.Setup was easy. Remote is simple. Lights are great.During the day, you don’t even really notice them when they’re turned off. In the evenings, they add a great ambience that you can change up depending on your mood, music, or movie. Speaking of music, we haven’t tried that function yet, but I’m sure it’s fun.Did I mention that at $12 USD the price is great?! Oh, I think I just did.5/5 absolutely recommended.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. One set works but the other set doesnât work. I paid for shipping to receive this item and now I need to pay for shipping to return the item. I would have been nice if the seller paid for the return shipping and offered to send a new set that works. The seller also contacted me and asked that I not write a negative review as this could reflect negatively on them. Iâm not impressed!

Remote control does not power on or off lights lights work and you can switch between colours but you cannot turn lights off you have to unplug them
