Fairly good lights thus far
This review is for the specific model I got, 29.5FT 60LED USB powered Smart Christmas Lights. I’ve boughten a few various fairy light strings and this one has been by far my favorite. I got it primarily for setting up in a tent for a festival, but I actually started setting them up in my bedroom when not being used on the go. The colors are vibrant, the bulb sizes are a good size (not too large or too small), and it’s got some decent pre-assigned modes on the remote. My favorite being Mode1 which is a color flow along the string, which the speed can be changed. They’re also not too bad to pack and unpack, maybe an occasional tangling depending how they were put away.The last festival I was at, I woke up to find mine and neighboring tents were under half a foot of water.. apparently a beaver built a lil dam on a creek not too far away and it overflowed into the festival grounds. Needless to say, I had no expectation of water and some of my electronics were on the tent floor submerged halfway under water. Unfortunately the spendy power bank I had didn’t make it, but I gave the USB controller part of these lights a day to dry and they worked as normal!I ordered another Omika 50FT model for a new tent to cover more space, hoping it’d be a similar longer model, but to no avail. The controller was sparse with options, the bulbs were tinier, and the colors were pretty mute. There was only a couple useful modes that were okay out of all of them and you can’t change the speed and the brightness buttons didn’t seem to do anything. I think they’re just OKAY. I reached out to Omika in hopes they may offer a longer version of the same “smart” model I like, so perhaps if there’s a market it for it that would be something cool to have. May just have to end up having two separate light strings running when they have them back in stock.

Perfect for what I was looking for
I wanted a short strand of warm white fairy lights for my bedroom. I found these little globe bulbs as an alternative to the classic string lights and wire led lights. Theyâre perfect! They give off a muted warm glow (bonus there is a dimmer feature on the remote too!). They plug in with a usb (I have an extension cord with direct usb ports, no need to an adapter, I highly recommend it since so many things plug in with one) and also have the option for batteries if you want. I knew the battery pack would be attached when I bought it but just be aware itâs there even if youâre not going to use it. These lights also have a rainbow color setting (C1) and a pastel yellow, orange and purple (C3) with the warm white (C2). All of that is extra for me as I plan to primarily use the steady warm white setting. Over all the size, brightness, colors and convenience are exactly what I was looking for.

These lights are so adorable and were just what I was looking for but Iâve only been in my dorm for a month and the batteries are already drained and the lights have become really dim. Personally I donât want have to buy new batteries ever month but otherwise product is perfect.

Nice but IR is weak
Either IR remote is bad or receiver is really weak. Tried different angles and replacing remote battery.Need to be really close to switch anything.Blue tooth works good but I want IR

These are phenomenal. Even the remote works, which is rare. Love the multiple settings. Colors are bright and cheerful.My only complaint is the price. Very expensive for the length. A bit too short.Disappointed they increased the cost just because I bought them. Once you return to buy more, the cost goes up five dollars. Sort of tacky.Otherwise, it’s a win for me.

I didn’t have high expectations for these lights, but they work pretty well! I’ve had them for about 6 months now. The odd time they will randomly turn off then back on again, and the remote doesn’t have the greatest range (note me madly clicking the button at the start of the video ð), but these are minor complaints. This set works strictly from the remote (no smartphone app or anything), but there are many different colours and settings to choose from (see video). I have my set connected to a Wifi smart plug so I can turn them on and off through Google Home ðð» If you need something that’s inexpensive and look nice, give these a try!

It has a crazy amount of patterns, and itâs easy to configure! Easy setup! The best lights Iâve ever used!! Love them!! Highly recommend!!
