Dissatisfied With Product And Returned
I ordered this clock digital radio because I thought that the charging feature on top of the phone was a great one and the price was right!Unfortunately, from the get go, I found the clock difficult to set up. This clock is NOT intuitive whatsoever! My guess is that because it’s made in China, the company was trying to make it universally for all. There is nothing on the clock with English print, There are no buttons or labels to refer to on the clock to direct you on how to set up the clock or alarm times. You have to refer to a printed manual, they also direct you to a QR code to watch a video for the set up. It goes rather quickly and I had to play it several times. I then did have to refer to the manual as well. After use of the clock for about 10 days, I was still referring to the manual on what buttons to push and which ones longer and shorter for navigation! My turn offs to this clock are the following: 1) You can’t set your own radio stations. During set up, you have to let the clock do the search on it’s own and then it predetermines which radio stations it will preset. Also, you can’t tell what station you are ever on. The clock designates the stations as “01”, “02”, “03”, and so on with you not having any idea what station you are on. 2) There’s the option to dim or brighten the time on the clock. However, when you’re sleeping at night, the charge bolt on the face is bright. 3) The “:” that separates the hour from the minutes blinks all the time, rather than it being lit steadily. 4) The snooze only goes off for 3 minutes vs. the 10 minutes that I’m used to. 5) When you turn on the FM radio to just listen to it, it doesn’t show the time on the clock. Really? 6) I e-mailed the customer service over in China about the colon and the bright charge light. All they did was send me a standard screen shot/picture of the clock with lines to what was what. I rewrote them to tell them that this did not solve my questions….crickets! I tried to give this new product a chance and it is very challenging to learn and I consider myself technically saavy. It reached the point that after 10 days, that I was still continuously looking at the manual, and frustrated, and I finally decided to return it. I would not recommend this product. The only great feature is that it charges your phone. I’ve decided to shop for another clock and some do have the feature to charge your phone. To me it’s worth paying a little more for a user friendly product, in which you aren’t constantly being challenged mentally on how to figure out the alarm, etc. right before bed!

I love all the features of this alarm. I especially like the fact that it has wireless charging for my cellphone, so I can put it on a side stand with just one alarm. I also love that it has a USB output on the side, so I can use it for other things. It also has a dimmer option so you can adjust the brightness. I like to keep it on the lowest setting at night so it doesn’t disturb my sleep. I also love that it not only displays the time, but also the temperature and date, so I can gauge the weather in the morning without getting out of bed. It’s a great gift idea for the Christmas season.

I purchased this because it has been impossible to find a wireless charging alarm clock that also has FM radio and temperature reading. The FM radio part seems to be the biggest issue. So, I was thrilled when I saw this at it seemed to fit all my needs! Not crazy about the design with the “wings,” but I could deal with that if everything else hit the mark.Sadly, I returned it. Why, you ask if it met all my needs? For starters, the radio alarm only plays for 3 minutes then shuts off. Why? I like to listen to the radio while I slowly wake up! Clock radios of the past ALWAYS allowed the radio to play for an hour before auto shut-off. What happened to that? Additionally, when the radio IS playing, the FM station program code displays over the time. What? Why? I kept having to glance at my phone to see what time it was. Lastly, when the radio IS playing, trying to adjust the volume is downright painful. That was the last straw and it was returned.Also, I will say the instructions are VERY awkward for getting it set up. Doable, but not the easiest to get through.Guess I will have to keep searching for my Holy Grail clock radio/thermometer/wireless charger! Why is this so difficult?

The product looked good but wasn’t what I felt it should be. 3 issues I found were the following…1-volume control…not easy to maintain. 2-It kept military time. Which would be fine for some but not for me. 3-could not find a feature which would keep radio on for a set amount of time. I checked the website…there is no function for the radio to allow for an hour for play then turn off. Radio was either on or off.

Pontos positivos: Funciona perfeitamente como descrito, carregador por indução é muito prático, som adequado, marcadores de temperatura e dia ajudam bastante e regulagem de brilho com diversas regulagens.Ponto negativo: As estações de rádio são por número sequencial ex: P1, P2… e não pelo número de sintonia da própria estação e manual em ingles, letras miúdas e um pouco confuso para regular. Depois de entender o funcionamento fica tudo mais fácil. Um excelente produto, estou satisfeito.
