Customers say
Customers find the alarm clock’s concept great and easy to set up, with one mentioning their daughter loves it. However, the clock’s functionality and durability receive negative feedback, with multiple customers reporting it stops working and breaks within a month. Moreover, the brightness is problematic, with the sleep light being super bright and the pink light being permanently stuck on. Additionally, the color change feature receives mixed reactions, with some finding it cute while others complain about it being pink all day.

Doesnât really work
Itâs really cute and looks great. BUT, this is the 2nd clock weâve received and itâs doing the same exact thing. It will not switch from the pink sleep time to the green wake up time. It just stays pink all day. I have to unplug it and redo the time every morning. Itâs a waste of money for the price that it costs and now have to look for something else so my daughter can depend on it.

The projection does not stay on
My husband and I got this to help train our three year old. She wakes up once a night and usually comes to our room. This has been great because the two colors are different and therefore very easy to tell apart. The face also âwakesâ and âsleepsâ so even though there is a clock, my child who canât tell time, can easily see and remember when the unicorn is awake or asleep, and has started coordinating the colors with those as well. The projection light is cute, but it only stays on for about 30 seconds and then you have to press the button again. I wish it had an option for a longer time (such as 15 or 30 minutes) so it would be a bit of a night light and turn off when my daughter is asleep. Not the end of the world though, we still like the clock overall!

Daughter Loves it!
My 5yo daughter was SO excited and loves that it turns pink instead of red at night. I love that I don’t have to turn it on night mode manually like other brands. Set it & forget it!

Doesn’t really work
Hello. We purchased this fun clock for my 5yo daughter. After reading instructions I set up her clock, alarm and everything needed. One thing I really didn’t figured out is how to turn off the light (green or purple), through out the day or night. The purple light is very bright so sometimes I like to turn it off.

Doesn’t work
We really liked this product, but it doesn’t work for very long. This is our second one and after a few days of use the light doesn’t change from sleep to wake which is the same thing the first one did. Quality of product is very poor.

Good idea but meh
It doesnât always change to the correct colors for sleep and wake, so my daughter insisted it was time to wake up at midnight because the clock told her it was daytime. I would say it HAS to be plugged in because the ceiling display only appears for maybe a minute when you use batteries and it runs through batteries like a pie-eating champ eats pies. But itâs cute, and a good idea, if it would work 100%

Broke in 1 hour
I wish Iâd listened to all the bad reviews. Ugh! Worst $50 (for two) Iâve spent on my kids.First: simple setup & use. Great. The kids were IMMEDIATELY obsessed. Unicorns!!! But⦠one drop and the clocks & alarms reset. Fine. I decided to wait for bed to reset, as that was just a couple hours away.Yâall. Second drop and the horn & hair broke off! These are not tall children throwing the toys. These are short, little 2.5 year olds accidentally dropping them. What the heck? The slightest bump resets the system and an upside down bump breaks off the horn and hair? Wow.So, we do the whole thing and one kids room has a bald pony and the other has an intact unicorn. Well, come morning Baldy doesnât turn green. It wouldnât have been a big deal except Miss Perfect DOES turn green, and that sets off toddler in Baldyâs room to a fit about a sleeping unicorn before mamaâs had coffee. I check and all settings are fine. Except⦠kid has access to buttons and clicked the on/off switch. Thatâs all it took to turn it off. One button depress (or an insane number of button presses, as long as it was an odd number, I guess). All around, poor design. Unfortunately, my kids are emotionally bonded to these infuriating lumps of useless plastic. Iâm praying they finish breaking beyond use before the return window closes so Iâm not the bad guy. Theyâre literally carrying these stupid thing EVERYWHERE. I canât even sneak them away to take out batteries and pretend they broke. Theyâve been in my house less than 24 hours and I want them out.Honestly, I just wanted to know if the color thing would work without spending $100/kid. I guess I should have tried with something less anthropomorphic.
