Good little alarm clock

I am mostly pleased with this purchase. While advertised as having a âsunrise alarm clockâ I was glad it would also illuminate at a users whim by simply touching its clamshell surround. Each touch would gradually increase the illumination to eventual full brightness and then off. I also love the large clock display and how the wireless charging worked with my phone positioned either vertically or horizontally. The Bluetooth speaker paired easily however its sound quality left a lot to be desired. The buttons to control the clock and volume worked well but are very small and hard to read at any distance greater than 6 inches. Lastly, a potential buyer should know this unit comes with a USB power cord – but does not include a needed adapter to plug into a power outlet.

Actually works pretty well!
I bought this without any reviews just praying it’d work out and it actually did! It’s easy to use and works as advertised. The only “major” issue I have with it is the dimmer switch isn’t really a switch, just a spot on the back you need to hit. Because it’s not raised, you kinda just have to slap your hand around back there until it turns on. I combat this by placing a piece of tape there so I can feel for the right spot in the middle of the night.A minor issue I had is that it doesn’t come with the brick to plug the USB cable into – at first I used a standard one but if I used the light while charging my phone, it would flicker. I used a higher quality brick and that issue resolved.

Great clock, horrible beeping
I loved this alarm clock because it helped me wake up with more energy and not feeling drained. I never realized how waking up to a loud beeping effected me every day. However the ability to change the alarm sound stopped working after about 3 weeks. I’ve tried resetting it and unplugging it, but it just won’t save the sound setting.

Does not charge a iPhone properly
I had to return the first one received because it was reopened and defective. I received a replacement and this time it was new/unopened. However, Iâve tried repeatedly to charge my iPhone 14 Pro Max and thru the night via the 15W wireless charger and this thing just wonât fully charge my device. The setup of the features is also not that easy. I kept messing up the white noise which was intuitive or easy to understand. The light is a nice feature. Other than that, save your hard earned money.Too bad I missed the return window. JUNK.

Tanto potenziale per questa sveglia, ma non credo sia stato sviluppato a pieno.Il concetto mi piace, simula la luce dell’alba da (circa) mezz’ora prima della sveglia impostata, potendo così risvegliarsi con già la luce soffusa nella stanza; l’oggetto in sé è carino, fatto bene e di un bel colore, la ricarica wireless è integrata bene.Il problema più grande sta nell’insieme dell’oggetto: impostare la sveglia è un po’ macchinoso e non così comodo, io sono abitutato ad alexa con echo pop in camera e la facilità è chiaramente imbattibile (aggiungere, modificare o eliminare una sveglia si fa in un attimo senza neanche pensarci).Quello che gli manca secondo me è una sviluppata connessione con il cellulare o addirittura con gli assistenti vocali, perché in queste condizioni è un in competizione con dispositivi molto più performanti ma a prezzi quasi identici… esempio: la funzione della luce come alba (funzione abbastanza chiave del prodotto) si può replicare con un dispositivo alexa, una lampadina/interruttore smart e una routine dedicata sull’app alexa che permette di accendere la luce poco prima di una qualunque sveglia impostata… tutto questo a un prezzo pressochè identico (con le offerte di amazon si trova il nuovo pop a 15 euro) ma si hanno dispositivi che si possono usare in molte più occasioni e situazioni differenti…e lo stesso discorso vale per quasi la totalità delle funzioni del prodotto.il fatto che sia un prodotto 3, 4 o 5 in uno non vuol dire che sia necessariamente migliore di altre soluzioni.ad ogni modo rimane un buon prodotto, ma come detto mi sembra un po’ un doppione di cose che probabilmente in casa già si hanno

Der COLSUR Lichtwecker wurde mir im Rahmen des Amazon Vine Kundenprogrammes kostenlos zu Bewertungszwecken zur Verfügung gestellt, jedoch möchte ich betonen, dass dies keinerlei Einfluss auf meine persönliche Meinung und Bewertung des Produktes hat.Zunächst einmal kann ich sagen, dass der Lichtwecker seinen Zweck erfüllt. Er hilft mir dabei, morgens auf angenehmere Art und Weise wach zu werden und so besser aus dem Bett zu kommen. Daher ist er ideal für Morgenmuffel wie mich, die Probleme haben, morgens früh aus dem Bett zu kommen. Natürlich darf man aber auch hierbei keine Wunder erwarten. Die Funktion der Sonnenaufgangssimulation ist eine super Methode, um sanft aus dem Schlaf geweckt zu werden. Dazu gibt es noch 7 verschiedene Klänge zur Auswahl sowie 3 unterschiedliche Helligkeitsstufen, was es ermöglicht, die Einstellungen individuell anzupassen. Diese sanfte Aufwachmethode verbessert zudem die morgendliche Laune erheblich. Der Lichtwecker kann alternativ aber auch als Einschlafhilfe benutzt werden dank der verschiedenen Sounds und Klänge. Da ich öfters mal Einschlafprobleme habe, ist dies super hilfreich für mich.Ebenfalls praktisch ist das kabellose Laden sowie die Bluetooth Funktion, mit der man den Lichtwecker auch als Lautsprecher nutzen kann. Gleichzeitig ist der Lichtwecker auch noch eine Ladestation für meine iPhone. Somit vereint er mehrere nützliche Funktionen in einem und ist damit sehr vielseitig.Einziger Kritikpunkt ist meiner Meinung nach das nicht besonders hochwertige Design bzw. Material, welches leider etwas billig aussieht. Das Design hätte etwas edler gestaltet sein können. Aber in Anbetracht des Preises (Stand Juni 2024: 48,99 â¬), welcher im Vergleich zu anderen Lichtweckern noch günstig ist, kann man das meiner Meinung nach verschmerzen.Fazit: der COLSUR Lichtwecker ist eine groÃartige Hilfe für mich, um morgens früh auf eine sanfte Art und Weise geweckt zu werden und dadurch besser aus dem Bett zu kommen, daher kann ich ihn nur weiterempfehlen!
