I wanted a true dark, forest green for winter bedding. This delivered for a few reasons:Color is a rich forest green.Material seems fairly thick for satin- feels luxurious on the skin.Sleeps cool at night;We have a heavy down comforter and this helps from getting too warm.Quiets our âloudâ comforter. The heavy down comforter can be âloudâ and noisy with other duvet covers Iâve used. This one seems to combat the noisiness a bit.Quality, well hidden zipper.Decent ties in all 4 inner corners .Downsides:Slippery and slides all over the dang place.Pillowcases are not oversized and are a bit too snug.2 small snags/runs already- Have had it for a week.
