Super cute
I use this on an accent while opposite the bed in the guestroom and hung pictures from my adventures around the world and leave it on for when guest comes to visit. However, the batteries only make it about 3-4 days, maybe 100 hours. they were easy to hang. I used thumbtacks. They seem safe around kids and pets as they donât get very hot. They add a cozy and warm ambience to any room. So far, I have found them durable, but I donât interchange the pictures very often. They are not compatible with a smart phone. I hope this answers questions for people.

Cute string lights for decoration
The 33ft 100 LED string lights are a bit shorter than I expected, but they look nice when turned on especially at night. The lights are lightweight and easy to shape on the wall, they are easy for creating a cozy atmosphere. I used them to decorate around my bed, they look lovely. The colored lights are bright and vibrant. They require batteries and switch is on the battery box, which can be a bit inconvenient at times. The lights also come with small clear clips for hanging photos. I was worried they might fall off if I stuck them to the wall with photos, so I wrapped the lights around my bed frame instead, and it looks good.

A sweet set of lights
This is such a nice small set of battery operated lights, and I like that the clear clips are separate and I can place them however I want, or not use them if I don’t want. I will use these lights as a backdrop for some photos I’m taking, and I like how small and elegant they are. Not overpowering or too bright, they will work just great. I think these can be used just about anywhere you might need a small set of lights.

I am very happy with these fairy lights. It was very easy to untangle and hang. They are warm white but bright and the battery lasts a long time. The clips are well made and it was easy to hang a lot of pictures with the legnth of these lights.

I write fairy tale fantasy series under different pen names, and my tiny office in a corner of our basement is an odd melange of fairy tale decor (castles, crowns, dragons) and piles of paper. I always have index cards on the wall plotting my latest book, and I wanted something like a bulletin board so I could pin up images and reminders, but I didnât have room for a bulletin board.So when I saw this string of fairy lights and photo clips, I was interested. I loved the idea of being able to string the lights in whatever configuration made sense in my tiny officeâI donât have a big, wide open wall available.What I received was a 33â long string of fairy lights. They have a small plastic case for batteries. (They require 3 AA batteries, not included.)Once I connected the batteries, the lights worked great. They have a soft white light. The lights have two modes, flashing and steady. I prefer the steady lights.This set also included 20 plastic clips. I slid the clips onto the copper wire holding the lights. Then I could clip drawings, photos, atmospheric images, and notes to myself into the clips. I draped the lights in several layers in a small corner of my office, it looked quite pretty when I turn the lights on.This was a creative way to hang up images and notes when I didnât have the wall space for a big bulletin board. This would be great in a kidâs room and perfect for a dorm room.The one minor issue is that the clear plastic box isnât as pretty as the strand of lights. Artful arrangement can hide the box, or you can clip a large photo or image and slide the battery box behind it.At the current price ($8.99) this is quite inexpensive. The quality is great for such a low price. Installed, this looks lovely, much higher quality than the price suggests.

Overall, I am a bit disappointed in this set of fairy lights. I feel they are a little overpriced and that there are several areas that could be improved.The first issue that jumped out at me was that when I loaded batteries one of the metal contacts flung out of the battery box. Not a huge issue, but something that is simple to fix with some hot glue. The battery life wasn’t great, but not terrible either. With a set of rechargeable NiMH batteries, I got about 24 hours of light time.For what I would consider the use case of these there is not enough of a ‘lead’ from the battery box to the first drop of LEDs. If you are mounting this on a wall the battery box is going to be hanging down. For the price I would expect maybe a remote or another option for the lights. You get Off-Flash-On. With the shortish runtime a fourth ‘timer’ option would’ve been great (6 hours on, 18 hours off). I have seen that on other sets I’ve purchased.I like these enough to keep them, but I would not purchase them again. These are not a good value at $16 with how basic they are.Pros- 8 drops, 7 inches apart- Includes a good number of photo clipsCons- Battery life wasn’t great (about 24 hours with eneloop rechargeables)- Some quality control issues (One of the battery contact metal pieces fell out)
