Product Description
DIGITAL ALARM CLOCK – A smart, innovative system this bed vibrating alarm clock produces a louder alarm sound for heavy sleepers and includes a small vibration disc that slides between mattresses and your pillow to help shake you awake if you can’t hear it.
SUPPORTS DEAF OR HARD OF HEARING NEEDS – This vibrating alarm clock with bed shaker is ideal for those who have trouble hearing or sleep through loud noises, because it provides a gentle, yet noticeable bed shake to compel you to wake up. Better yet, it won’t wake up the entire house or a roommate!
EASY-TO-SEE DIMMABLE LED SCREEN – Our loud vibrating alarm clock features day and night modes, 12 and 24-hour displays, and a date function. All easy to see on the clear LED screen that offers adjustable brightness to suit your bedroom needs.
LARGER SNOOZE BUTTON – Not all of us can find a small switch to flip or button to push when we’re half-awake which is why this bed vibrating alarm for deaf or hard-of-hearing users features a bigger snooze button that lets you catch a few extra Z’s.
PLUG-IN AND BATTERY POWER – We want to make sure you never miss that important meeting which is why this bedside alarm clock can be charged via DC power or fitted with batteries (not included) to ensure it keeps time even if the power goes out.
Customers say
Customers find the alarm clock’s functionality positive, with one noting it works very well in keeping time. However, the noise level and vibration level receive mixed feedback, with several customers reporting it’s not very loud and the vibration isn’t strong enough. Moreover, the device’s functionality is mixed, with some saying it works while others report it doesn’t work. Additionally, customers find the setup confusing and the cord too short, while the power plug being missing is a common issue.

Nice Alarm!
I like that this alarm clock starts out quiet and works itâs way up to LOUD! Plus the vibration bed shaker doubles if your a hard sleeper. I donât personally use it under the bed to feel the vibration, I set it on the wood end table and it scared me every morning yet makes me laugh. It rattles on the end tables and usually ends up vibrating right off but it makes so much noise itâs hard to go back to sleep.

Returned — bed shaker too light.
UPDATED 2022-08-12I returned this item after the lightweight bed shaking device failed to get me up in time for an important appointment. My review below mentions that the device cannot shake the bed, but for several days the vibration sound was enough, even deaf as I am. But during the night I turned over and wound up on the bed in a place where the vibration wasn’t enough. YMMV, but this isn’t working for me and I returned it.ORIGINAL REVIEWThis is a good news – bad news review, so let’s hit the good stuff first:The clock works very well in keeping time. The white LED used for the display is really bright, but there’s a feature in the clock to allow it to dim the display during sleeping hours, or even turn it off completely if it disturbs others. The alarm can be set to go off every day or every six days or every five days, to suit your needs. I bought this clock for the vibration alarm feature because I’m hearing impaired; without my hearing aids I’m basically a fence post (and, if you ask my wife, even with them sometimes) and have another vibration alarm clock in the bedroom — this one is for the alternate sleeping room where I nap from time to time. If you want it to, this clock can show a rotating display with time, date and temperature using its built-in thermometer. Two AA cells will act as a backup against losing your settings if there’s a power glitch. So, what’s the downside? First of all, the documentation was written for V1.0 but the product you get is VX.0 where X is somewhere north of 1, how far is anyone’s guess. For instance the set-up instructions refer to an included 5V power supply. It’s not included anymore. Instead, you get a short (about 3′) USB power cord and are left on your own as to where to plug it in. Luckily I have an ample supply of 5V USB power chargers and was able to get the thing running. The vibrator pod is hardwired to a similar 3′ USB cord which plugs into the back of the clock. I had to ferret out an unused USB extender cord to make up the extra length to get the pod under the middle of the mattress. And those were the easy things. I described the features in the text above as though I was able to use all of them. Ha, ha, ha! I hope you like puzzles, because you’re going to have to use some rather twisted logic to make sense of the admittedly encyclopedic set-up and configuration directions. They read as if the person writing them just said to use the MODE button anytime they didn’t really know what to do to actually effect the setting they’re talking about. Since there are only five buttons you’ll figure it out.The vibrator pod is smaller than my other clock, about 3″ in diameter, and it can’t shake the bed but does provide a very noisy low-frequency vibration that promptly wakes me up — YMMV.Bottom line: this is a very full-featured device but in exchange for a low price it requires some diligence to work out how to use those features. Once set up, it’s accurate and works as intended. Battery backup for power loss is suggested, though, unless you’ve videoed the setup button presses — you won’t remember them next week let alone a year from now.Cautiously recommended.

Directions were a little confusing

Difficult to set up.
I have not been able to follow instructions to set up vibrating device which is why I ordered it for my husband. He is unable to hear the sound, and I would like to return it. I am using the ZeitHalter which I purchased earlier and meets my needs. He is very hard of hearing and uses a CPap machine.

Mostly doesn’t work as loud alarm, got a used one
This was a loud alarm. The description said alarm volume is settable. Instructions on setting alarm don’t describe adjustable volume and I didn’t find one. Alarm was too low.Vibration didn’t work at all.Power cord is too short and plugs into DC on clock so I don’t have another. They sent me an obviously used one. Just loose pieces in the shipping box.

Would not recommend
The vibration button does not work. The alarm goes off for one minute exactly, then shuts off. Not loud enough. Cord was short. Returned the item.
