Good Birds
There are a ton of these guys on here and some definitely look better than others. I was worried about the quality of my birds and ordered with pretty low expectations. I was extremely surprised with the quality of this guy! I got the standing and the âsittingâ version. I like the sitting better but both are very nice with good details, decent weight to them. It was a bit difficult to get the light cord in the beak but with some gentle back and forth wiggling I got it in with patience. The feet donât sit flat on the ground but itâs not a big dealin my opinion.They are very cute and a great unique addition to our house

I read several reviews on this and they were very helpful. Be careful with the feet and beak because apparently they are weak spots. Someone recommended using a toggle bolt to hang it rather than what was sent with it. My husband followed these pieces of advice and had no problem installing it. Some reviews said the light is very bright. Ours isnât. In fact Iâve ended up leaving it on most of the time as a bright night light. I saw other crow lamps that the quality of the mold is really bad. This one looks nice. Itâs got an easy to reach switch. I love it and because we followed the advice in the reviews, itâs wonderful. Iâve had a crow lamp on my wish list for a couple of years but didnât have table space for one. This one that hangs on the wall is cute and safe from the cats knocking it off a tableâ¦just because they can.

Good Mold, Some Flaws
I have always wanted one of these! Although there are flaws, I’m content with the purchase.PROS:- The mold used seemed more detailed than others I have looked at on here. You can actually make out the eyes and beak.- The crow is a good weight and seems pretty sturdy.- The bulb is actually pretty bright. I will need to take photos when it gets dark enough.CONS:- The feet are not flat/flush to a flat surface. Aesthetically, it’s bothersome. However, despite this, the crow does not wobble and is sturdy which was my main concern.- The cord for the bulb is a little too short. Depending where it is plugged, the switch may be hard to reach. I plan on using a smart plug or bulb with this instead as he will be sitting on a book shelf and I will need an extension cord anyways.

Great idea and realistic castings!
I really enjoy these lights! Made a few changes to suit my needs but I’m happy. If you buy the one sitting on the branch that mounts to the wall, don’t bother with the hardware supplied. Use an M6 toggle bolt with the toggle turned backwards as shown in my picture. Screw it fully into the back of the branch then insert it into a hole in the drywall. Be careful because the bird’s legs are a structural weak point.

I love this little lamp. Itâs so unique and sits atop my apothecary cabinet. We keep it on at all times like a night light in our sitting room. Really great quality and the cord has a nice switch

The light mechanism is less than perfect…
The bird itself is awesome! Well made and easy to install. The plug in light, however, sucks. The internal thread isn’t threaded correctly and it’s a hell of a time getting a light screwed in. The light bulb that came with it broke in my hand due to the internal threads not being correct.
