I like these string lights and they serve their purpose but they seem much more flimsy than I was expecting. The mini close-pins are super cheap and break very easy, which is annoying. It’s also frustrating when hanging the wire up and it won’t stay in place on the hooks. Overall, worth it for the amount you pay.

Used these lights as part of holiday accent decor for built in bookshelves to illuminate holiday knickknacks and all the strings worked perfectly! Did not use the photo clip portion. Same remote control will operate multiple sets of lights. Worked amazingly well and great adjustable brightness. Ordered eight sets and will definitely order more as they were worth the premium price as they functioned perfectly!

The remote control adds a ton of value to this simple decoration. The remote control functions include different light patterns from twinkling to solid (there are about 8 pattern options on the remote).The clips for the photos look like tiny, clear, little clothespin type clips.
