It’s soft, lightweight, and cozy. Certainly giftable! I gave it full stars because it is as described even though I really wanted a heavier weight blanket, more fall/winter sweatshirt heft rather than light weight spring sweatshirt. It’s very nice looking and definitely cozy and ideal for a cozy cuddle on the couch vs to be added to a bed which was my hope.If I were looking for a cozy couch snuggling blanket, I would definitely buy this again (and may even buy more- it really is a great giftable blanket!!) and highly recommend if that’s what you’re looking for. Don’t recommend if you’re wanting to add to your bed unless you’re looking for lightweight vs hefty.

Right weight and dimensions and soft
This is almost exactly what I was looking for when I searched for a sweatshirt style material blanket. Smooth on one side and fuzzy on the underside. It is a medium weight sweatshirt material.I have an old blanket from years ago that is a sweatshirt style blanket. Everyone fights over it including our pets. its a 5 way battle. So I needed more.Pros:* decent weight* decent size though slightly larger by 4 inches (10 cm) would be better* holds up being washed in a machine and tumble driedCons:* underside is white. It does not match the gray color ordered. Major problem for my needI really, really wish the color matched on both sides. I picked the gray specifically so it would hide stains and pet hair. The white side defeats this requirement. It will be grungy pretty quickly in my house. I plan on keeping the blanket but I will not buy this color and hesitant to buy another color due to the potential of a white underside.

Bought this type of blanket in college and have been looking for the exact one for over ten years. I got this for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift (since he keeps stealing mine) and he loves it. It’s a nice size too! Fits both of us while on the couch!
