Really cute and absolutely excellent customer service
I love this turtle ð¢ outdoor decor. I have it set in one of the areas and tables in my backyard patio and it just lights up the area with this cute and cheery turtle. Make sure that there is significant sunlight being recieved for the lights to work. I had purchased a earlier one that had a bit of issues but after reaching out to the sellers, they did everything in their power to make it right. For which I am very grateful and Happy for because I live how cute this little turtle was. The seller has alot of integrity and was very responsive, fast and easy to communicate with. Lately I’ve had some issues with a few sellers on Amazon, so I am very happy that this seller was the complete opposite to those guys amd honored their product and really care about their customers. I would highly recommend them amd this product. Its very cute. I will purchase another one during the fall season for my front yard. Thankyou.

Updated my review and gave 5 stars as this is the FIRST seller ever to contact me after a review of their product wanting to satisfy a customer!! The product was well made and very cute and my only complaint was the lights in this particular turtle were not very bright. Good customer service earns a good review as they stand behind their product. Two thumbs up!! Would buy again as my issue with the lights mayhave been a fluke.

Nice. Needed some things to “dress-up” the area next to the backyard patio and this was/is a great addition – makes sitting out on the back patio a lot nicer at night. 5 stars on that it is INTACT and ready for use, no assembly required, no needing to add batteries, just take it out box, flip on/off switch, place in garden, on patio, whatever/where-ever, and enjoy!Joseph M Lenard (aka: JLenardDetroit)(can you tell I am an author (books here on Amazon), by how long this review, is? Cute, but….
I got this item, and I love it, it’s really cute, BUT, it only stays lit for about 3 hours. I have it in my window and I gave it plenty of sunny days to charge up, but no matter how much sunlight it gets, it only stays lit for the 3 hours I mentioned. I have solar lights from the $$ store that stay lit for 8. For the price I paid for this, I expected to at least be as good as the dollar store ones. Not sure if I just got a lemon, but there was no exchange options, so…. beware. I will not be ordering from this company again, which is really a shame, as they have some really cute stuff, and I would have bought more. But at this price I expect the item to work.
