Love this device, but love the customer service even more!!!!
Received this light about a week ago, and instantly pulled it out, charged it, and tried it out while crocheting with black yarn(if u know about black yarn u know😮‍💨) I noticed immediately the rectangular light was putting out light, but not enough to truly help with what I was using it for. So I tried the spotlight out, and man it made a huge difference. I’m not sure why one light is so much brighter than the other, but have since switched over to using the spotlight anytime I crochet and it does the job.Overall, this is a really cool design. Love that the rectangle part of the light swivels 180 degrees, and even moves up and down too. I also love the fact that you can press and hold the button on rectangle light and can dim the light if needed. Although I prefer using everything as bright as possible, I’m sure it’s useful for some. It’s really comfortable around my neck too. It doesn’t irritate or anything. Also love the fact that you can press the button and change the type of light on the rectangular one.Only con is the rectangle light just isn’t bright enough. 😕 I attached a few pics to try to show what I’m talking about. The 1st pic is of the rectangle light. 2nd pic is spot light. 3rd pic shows the rectangle light on and pointed directly at my chest(to see brightness) and 4th light shows the rectangle light pointed at my chest, and spotlight pointed outward. I think u can clearly see the difference in that 4th pic.Edited on 4/6/24-Wow, I am pleasantly surprised! A few days after my review went live, someone from the company reached out to talk to me about my concerns. In the 1st email they sent, they offered to send a replacement free of charge-bc it sounded like the light I got was maybe a bit defective. I was blown away, and so amazed by them reaching out to me about replacing their product for free. This is how a company should be with customers! They legit went out of their way to reach out to offer a replacement, and well as sending it out and getting the new one to me within days of talking to them. If you are on the edge about purchasing this light, just do it. Seriously. You have nothing to lose. On top of sending me the new light, they also wouldn’t accept the old one back. So I just kept it and will use it for back up when I need to charge the replacement they sent. Overall, I’m blown away by the support and customer service I’ve received from this company. They stand behind their product, and it really shows. The light is phenomenal. Like I stated before, I use it for crocheting and don’t know how I crocheted before without it. Both lights are extremely bright, but not so bright it’ll mess with someone sitting beside or near you. The light is focused on a decent sized area directly where you point it to be. Love all of the features of this light, but I really do love the customer support more. Just buy this light already. It’s not heavy on the neck(I crochet hours a day. Sometimes upwards of 6-8 hrs) and the light never causes any issues with my neck. It’s comfortable and does exactly what the company says it does. I’m in love. I really want to buy a few more for hurricane season(which we’re currently in) I think they are so useful for a multitude of situations. The last 4 pics are from the new device they sent me. Very Handy
I love this little gadget. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and thought I’d try it out. I had to buy another one.It came fully charged, both lights are very bright, and I love that it is maneuverable. It doesn’t heat up like some of the reviews I read, it hasn’t gone dim, and it stays put.I’ve had this gadget for a year now, and I have hsd no issues with it. I think I’ve only charged it one time since getting it, and it’s still going strong. Well worth the money.

Update review: lamp works well, 4 hour charge time
Update: I found my product pamphlet and what may be the original charger cable. The lamp has a four hour charge time and input power should be 5 volts. So charging overnight with a 5V power plug, it works fine like the first day of use. After my original review below, customer service response was both courteous and helpful. They offered me a free replacement, but I informed them that I got it to work. So I do recommend this lamp. I like the ability to adjust the brightness/hue and to use one or both lights. It is light and comfortable while using it as well. The four hour charge time is the only reason I give it 4 stars. But customer service is 5 stars!!With little use in the past 6 ½ months, it suddenly will not turn on anymore. It appears to be charging as the red charging port lamp illuminates. But it simply does not turn on plugged in or not after overnight charging.

Let There Be Light
This light makes such a difference for night-time knitting. Features, like holding the light switch to change brightness (3 types of lighting. ability to shape the frame, actually add up to benefits), price is a bargain when so many user conveniences are literally at my fingertips.I do a lot of knitting at night and this light is The Game Changer!I was able to coil the lamp around my head which put the light where needed. There was no headache from doing so. This is a sturdy, lightweight appliance.For anyone considering buying this, whether for walking the dog, reading, or a source of ligh in general, don’t hesitate.I wish I’de bought it before, but you live and you learn. You need this!

I bought this book light so I could bring my physical books camping with me this year, as I have a rather vast (and ever growing) TBR list.This light did work great for its intended purpose, although it’s so bright I may have blinded my partner a couple times. I do appreciate though that I was able to blind him with the warm light option instead of the blinding white light option.I however quickly discovered, this light also doubled as a wearable flashlight. It was a game changer! Going to the bathroom while camping in the dark, hands free, so great! Putting up a tent in the dark, with a wearable light, hands free, amazing!I love that this now has multiple uses for me, I recommend for anyone who loves reading, camping, or just general nighttime activities.

Everything I wanted and then some. the varied brightness and light tone settings are awesome, the light can be manoeuvred into any position and angle needed. the memory feature is convenient. everything can be easily customized to meet one’s exact needs. At their default settings, the floodlight can light up a dark room, and the flashlight is even more powerful.here’s hoping it lasts!

Loved it for reading at night. The small lamp side has only on/off options with is a cool white light, but the bigger side can be cool white, warm white or something in between (which is the one I use the most)I still didn’t charge it (I’ve used it for maybe 2~3 hours since I’ve received), so the battery holds power for a long time
