Didn’t work out of the box
The inner box of this clock arrived covered in an oily liquid, but since the clock inside was wrapped in plastic, I figured it was fine. I put batteries in and plugged it in, but nothing. Didn’t work at all. I started a request for a replacement to be sent out. It said the replacement would be out right away. I began to play with the cord on the clock to see if maybe that was the issue, and the clock worked with my phone charger. When I tested my good cord in the wall block that came with the clock, nothing. SO the issue with the dead clock is actually a dead wall plug that doesn’t work. My new clock has not been shipped out. It bounces back and forth between having an arrival time and telling me the order has been delayed. I would not order from this seller again. Not just for the faulty parts sent, but for the lack of communication and customer service provided when there is an issue they are at fault for.

My son is a heavy sleeper so we thought instead of his phone alarm (which never wakes him) we would go old school and it worked! The bed shaker is a small hear shaped device that you can plug in or leave off, but if you are a heavy sleeper and put it under your pillow, you will get a vibration with the sound – very effective! It’s lightweight and plastic, but the LED and reflective front design makes it loom a lot pricier than it is. We now have two of these, that’s how much we like them. Highly reccomend!
