Make sure you plug it in right
I bought a set and put it up on my wall then plugged it in only to find it wouldn’t turn on. I was kinda upset so I tried to do a return only to find once the new set arrived they did the same thing. I figured 2 faulty sets must be bad luck so I tried plugging it in different ways and it turns out I just had it plugged in wrongð the lights work great now that I’ve got them up and plugged in right and I got 2 50ft ones for the price of a 25ft more expensive one. They work well and I see no need to spend more than needed.

Half defective
This came in two 65 foot rolls. I ordered them for my 13 year old daughter. When the arrived she opened them and stuck one roll to her wall only to find out it didn’t work. So she checked the second roll before sticking it to the wall and that one seems to be working fine. I can’t find anywhere to contact customer service to just get e replacement for the defective roll. Instead they want me to return the entire package but you can’t really pull these off and repackage them since they are sticky on one side after they have been placed.
