Color Changing Sculptural Wave Light Is The Way To Go! Rechargeable Too! ;o)
Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)Super short review: Get this beyond wonderful color changing light! Your soul will thank you!The longer version:I’m in love, it’s magical, it’s beyond wonderful! Some people are affected by what they hear, others like me, are very visual. This color changing mood light is the ticket! That said, I do a lot of mediation for health reasons, and love having items that help me do my breathing exercises, to help me recovering from major surgery, and cope with life in general. Truth be told, I got this lamp firstly for its colorful, restful effects… it’s like a balm to my soul, you know? ;o)This sculptural wavy lamp is well made, and it is activated by your touch. This is my first experience with a touch to turn on a lamp, and it’s a lovely way to start. It is rechargeable, has 1,200 mAh battery that is charged via a provided USB-A to USB-C cable. You have to provide your own power brick. It takes about 3 hours to recharge, and the light does last for about 8-10 hours between charges. You are give an easy-to-use remote, along with an instruction sheet in several languages, including English.But of course, this lamp is more than just a meditation lamp! I use it for get-togethers and whatnot as well. The auto setting on the remote gives this lamp a constant flow of color I just love… straight out of the box! The effect is purely magical, you know? Not only that, you can change the colors, slow the speed down, or speed it up, along with a few other options.The design is gorgeous layering of waves, of some sort of plastic-like material. As an artist, I can appreciate this incredible art-like experience of this light, as it is easy on the eyes, and can fit in most decor. It comes in a giftable box as well, perfect for friends and family for the upcoming holidays in the next few months! No purple like picture shows.
I love this lamp. It’s unique, it has many variations. It’s not too bright to look at directly like some lamps with cool effects are, because this cool effect is the lamp itself with the wavy plastic layers and the light glow from the center. This has multiple color changing variations with a few different speeds, and 12 solid color choices with the remote. You can brighten it or make it quite dim.I marked off 1 star because there is no purple as shown in the description picture. Also, the charging port is on the bottom of the lamp, which means having to turn it upside down or carefully laying it on it’s side to charge it. The other reason is that the color changing is not super smooth. When you really watch it, which I tend to do, you can tell each point when each next light changes. It’s like on a tv or computer monitor when you have a low frame rate. Most people may not even notice this, or care. My love of this light as a whole (missing the purple is disappointing), overrides the “low frame rate” issue, and the turning over to charge it is merely awkward. Combine all three of these things and I felt I had to knock it down by one.

Small and finicky
This is way smaller than the pictures indicate and you have to use the controller or you’re going to be sitting there whacking the top of the thing for ages trying to get it to do what you want as it cycles through all eighty bagillion modes and then you accidentally skip the one you want so then you have to go through all of them all over again… With the remote it’s slightly easier to get it to do what you want, and the colors are pretty. Although now it keeps turning off randomly. Anyway, it’s cute.

Bright, Easy to Use
When we received this light, I wasn’t sure what to expect. We turned it on (just a quick press of the top button) and then played with the remote to change the colors and rotation. The kids (all four of them ,but especially the younger two) keep trying to steal it from the library! This arrived quickly and safely. No damage.Thank you for the item, this is my honest opinion.
