 We wanted lights to spice up our living room with light. But, there is no electrical outlet near the desired location. We thought about a battery-operated unit but remember past experiences of changing expensive batteries and building up corrosion. These solar-powered lights were the perfect solution for us. It comes with a small solar panel/cell, which we put in the window, and it charges the unit. It comes with a solar panel holder and stake to put it in the ground. The solar panel has a complete control panel on the backside and churns out 3.7 volts. Installation was straightforward for us. All we had to do was drape the lights, put the solar panel in a sunlit area, and plug it in. It comes with a remote control that allows you to select different configurations, from blinking to glowing. It also has dim/bright buttons. The bulbs are small LEDs about the size of a grain of rice, super bright and durable. This turns out to be a great solution to liven up the ambiance without having to plug into an outlet. Although we do not have an outdoor gazebo, they would look good there too. Besides being aesthetically pretty, they also function as lighting during an electrical outage. The price was right, too.

Nice set of Fairy Light that will last a while
 The XZAI fairy string lights are overall a good product if you are looking for a durable set of battery operated lights. I ordered the Warm white version and have been pretty happy with the purchase. They take 3 AAA battery (not included in the box) and seem to last a while given they are LED lights. The product comes with a small remote to be able to turn the lights on and off, dim the brightness, and change between the 8 various light modes as well as the ability to change the brightness/dim them.The lights are about 33 feet in length and are made of durable plastic material. They can be used either indoors or outdoors given that they are IP67 waterproof. They are also very lightweight, weighing just under a pound. Given that these are LED, they donât seem to heat up at all.For the price, these are a great option if you are looking for a battery operated low voltage pair of fairy lights. I give these 5 stars for the overall value.
